Fees

Utilities
The water bill is $20 - $30 per month and is due with your rent payment on the 1st of each month. Your apartment is total electric, and you will contract the electricity in your name through GA Power Company.
Pets
A pet is allowed with some restrictions and a non-refundable pet fee of $250 or $350 depending on the age of the carpet in your apartment. There is also a premium of $10 per month added to the rent.
